Julie Vandendriessche is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 11 years of experience servicing customers in Central Florida as part of the J and J Team. Julie and her partner, Jill Drafts, bring "Twice the experience… Twice the service" to buyers and sellers as a full-service team at the Seminole County office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
In addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Julie earned a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College. She has over 15 years of corporate business experience, including work in software engineering and product management, which she applies to ensuring that the J and J Team always delivers unparalleled service in every aspect of the real estate process.
A member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Julie's professional designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Seller Representative Specialist. Julie is an expert in the Lake Brantley/Longwood area, having called the area home herself for 30 years. All of her children were educated in the local private and public school system, with her younger son and daughter currently attending Lake Brantley High School. Julie's community ties run deep, as she is the president of the LBHS Athletic Booster board, the president of her neighborhood's homeowner association, and a member of the finance committee at Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs.
Together with her husband of 29 years, Jon, Julie has raised four wonderful children: Tara, 26, who lives in Atlanta; Andrew, 25, who resides in Salt Lake City; Eric, 18, a senior at LBHS, and Amber, 17, a junior at LBHS. In her leisure time, Julie loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys staying healthy and fit by playing tennis, pickleball, swimming, walking, and working out.
